Chicago Flapper costume comprising of a black sleeveless mini dress which has a scooped rounded neckline. This gorgeous flappers dress has multiple black fringed layers set against a black dress and these layers of fringing create a flowing look when the dress is moving. To add to the luxury appearance of this dress, the neckline of the dress is trimmed with a fine gold braid. This fantastic Chicago Flapper costume is completed with a black feather headpiece.
