We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Online Store Terms

Products and services (collectively referred to as “items”) are offered for sale on this website.

We aim to ensure all product details and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We may be unable to accept your order for reasons including (but not limited to): - The item is out of stock
- Payment could not be authorised or appears fraudulent
- Pricing or product description errors
- System or technical issues
- Failure of customer validation checks

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. This does not mean your order is accepted.

Order Acceptance: Your order is only confirmed once your goods are dispatched.

5. Prices & Service Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue services or features without notice and accept no liability for any resulting impact.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g. courier delays or peak periods).

“Next Day Delivery” orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may be dispatched the following Monday and received on Tuesday.

7. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately to check if the item has been dispatched.

If dispatched: You’ll need to return the item at your own cost.

If not dispatched: No cancellation charge applies, and payment will be stopped or refunded.

Special Orders: Orders involving special procurement or pro forma invoices may be subject to a restocking fee (10% of the order total or £20, whichever is higher) if cancelled after we’ve placed the order on your behalf.

Gift Cards/E-Vouchers: Cannot be cancelled or refunded once generated and emailed.

8. Liability & Indemnity

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, from the use (or inability to use) items purchased from this site.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, service disruptions).
