Brexit - European Deliveries
Due to the UK & EU reaching a FTA (Free Trade Agreement) we are still able to deliver orders to all of our EU customers. This is just the start of what is a new process for all of us so please bare with us as things may change from time to time.
All EU customers will no longer be charged the 20% UK VAT on orders or delivery services. Instead; when your order arrives to its destination and if necessary, your country's Customs department will contact you regarding clearance costs. Unfortunately this is not something we can quote for as every country is different. Please make sure when you place an order with us that all of your information is correct (delivery address, contact phone number & email address). If orders are returned to us due to not being able to deliver or contact yourself, it may incur additional costs.
General Customer Delivery Notes
UK Customers Please Note: For large or bulky orders with a UK Delivery Address, we may at our expense, dispatch your parcel with either Royal Mail or a dedicated Parcel Carrier.
Royal Mail parcels are limited to a maximum weight of 2KG, our Courier can accept parcels up to 20Kgs.
Royal Mail Delivery Services are also limited to a maximum overall parcel dimension. We have attempted to identify all of these within the description of the product. If your order includes items which exceed this length and this service is selected we will contract delivery with our Courier.
Due to revised operating processes introduced by both Royal Mail and our parcel courier, signatures are not being gathered on delivery.
If you are likely to be out for delivery, it maybe advisable to request us to mark for either "LOCAL COLLECT" - collection from your local post office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. Alternatively consider having it delivered to an alternative address or your workplace or for it to be left in your nominated “SAFEPLACE”. Details of these schemes are available on Royal Mail’s website.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you will be left a card with details of how to organise a redelivery.

Shipping and Dispatch Information
Working Days are Monday through Friday only and they exclude Bank Holidays and Weekends.
Order By 2.15pm For Same Day Dispatch Monday to Thursday and 2.15pm on Friday
Our standard service level is to pick, pack and ship your order as quickly and effectively as possible. On average, for orders received during the working week, we have achieved a shipping rate of over 99.5% for the same day we receive them. To avoid any confusion we've prepared the information below, in summary however, if we get your order before 2.15pm (Mon-Thur) or 2.15 (Fri) we'll process and handle it the same day. Orders received over the weekend or at bank Holidays will be handled immediately the warehouse reopens.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Thursday between 08.00am and 16:30(4.30pm), Friday between 08:00am - 15:00(3pm), excluding Public Holidays.
- Orders placed before 2.15pm, will be processed and shipped the same day Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed before 2.15pm will be processed and shipped the same day on Friday.
- Orders placed after 2.15pm Monday to Thursday, will be shipped the next working day.
- Orders placed between 2.15pm Friday, or over the weekend and up to 2.15 the following on Monday, will be shipped that Monday.
- Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be shipped the next working day.
We are proud to offer world-wide shipping and can offer a range of shipping options. These will be shown to your during the checkout phase (and before you finally commit).
In addition we also offer Free Shipping with the UK mainland on orders over £50.00.
