Another spectacular outfit from that period of illicit fun and laughter coming between the two World Wars, these cute Flapper Girls were the epitome of the style of the day and are the perfect match to any Chicago Gangster costume. This is another glamorous Flapper costume comprising of a stunning sleeveless jet black mini-dress featuring elegant layers of deep fringing down the entire length of the dress. The short length of the dress is of the time and this was one of the reasons why the 20's were considered so daring. The dress has a squared neckline with thin shoulder straps. This sassy 1920's styled Flapper dress is completed with a black sequin leg garter (and no, that's not a garter for a sequined leg) and a wide sparkly sequin headpiece, also in black and finished with a tall black feather which is worn with the feather towards the back.
