From a time of monchrome and when all movies were watched in silence although there was no soundtrack!  Well, this is an instantly recognisable 1920's movie star costume and this super outfit will give you a look like Charlie Chaplin or one of the other great actors of the time. You'll need to master the art of slapstick and mime and then you'll be ready to make your own movie, a few decades late but better late than never! So in memory of all of those Hollywood stars this is a fantastic outfit from that period and comprises of the iconic long sleeved black fishtail jacket which has a button fastening at the front and which has that iconic shabby chic look.  This is worn with a white shirt front and it's completed with a black tie. Completing our Silent Movie Star costume is a pair of baggy black trousers which have an elasticated waistband for a comfortable fit.  Please note; the model in the picture is shown wearing a black bowler hat and is holding the iconic thin bamboo walking cane.  These are not included with the outfit but the bowler is available from our huge range of character hats and costume accessories.
