Designed to make a BIG statement, these packaged large-scale balloon decorations can be air filled with the included straw provided, or electric inflator or hand pump. They have two inflation points, one in the larger character balloon, the other in the base. 
 
Please note; these balloons will NOT float if helium filled. For added stability, they can be easily weighted down with any handy household item, for instance an unopened tin.
