Perfect for those in a hurry or those who haven't the time to get out to a florist or balloon store to get a tablecentre made, this is a simple to complete, helium free, 24" tall Foil Balloon tablecentre which is sure to impress all of your guests. With simple air filled balloons, the kit contains everything you need apart from a little puff. This magnificent display is created with three easy steps, attach the tinsel fringe to the outside edge of the base using the provided tape, inflate the balloons by blowing into the attached valve (NO helium required) and then slide the balloons onto the end of the sticks and place them into the pre-drilled holes in the base. Stand back and award yourself a big ta-da and a pat on the back! The larger balloon is printed with an assortment of stars and has the message "Congrats" running through the centre with the smaller star shaped balloons being in red. Ideal for a number of party themes and celebrations including milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, graduations - and the list goes on!
