From our huge collection of Halloween costumes for ladies and teenagers, this is our Zombie Nurse costume which will be useful for a number of party themes including being an unusual alternative to the standard hospital nurse's uniform as well as being perfect for any zombie themed party. Our Zombie Nurse costume comprises of a simple half-length sleeved white uniform which has a distressed and jagged cut cuffs to the sleeves with a straight hemline with a small side slit. The dress has a full length red zipper at the front and at either side there is a wide red panel which runs up the side and down the lower side the sleeve. The front of the dress has the appearance of being splattered with blood. Our zombie nurse is completed with a matching 'blood' splattered nurse's hat. Please note; the model is wearing a degree of make-up and a wig. These are not included but we have plenty of them available here.
