Very pretty and definitely destined to become a favourite in any fancy dress collection, this is a true to life Bavarian Dirndl Dress which is the fashion for Oktoberfest. Styled on the regional fashion this is a stunning short sleeved lilac and white gingham patterned dress which features white puffed sleeves with frilled cuffs. The neckline of the dress has a scooped effect and it's trimmed with both pink and white frills which are accentuated with a running braid which follows the line of the dress. The front of the dress has a bodice style in pink satin and this is finished with a green cross lacing which runs from the decorated sides of the bodice. This decoration is of a lilac satin ribbon which has a central lace braid running along it's length. The skirt length is around the knee creating a more modest look and the costume is completed with a long length pink satin apron decorated toward the hemline with a lilac and white gingham braid and a scalloped edge lilac lace trim. At the waist, the apron, which is attached to the dirndl, is finished with a wide green ribbon which is tied in a bow at the front. Please note; the model is shown wearing a headpiece which is not included with the outfit.
