Very cute, this is an 11" deep tutu featuring a horiziontally striped blue and white cotton tutu which has an elasticated waistline which is trimmed with both white decorative lace and a big royal blue satin bow. the hemline is finished with both white net and white lace giving this an extra depth of luxury.
