This is a very useful Victorian inspired storybook outfit which will work well for a number of themed parties. This Victorian Tea Party costume comprises of a full length short sleeved blue satin hooped dress which has capped shoulders which are trimmed with white ruffled lace.  The front of the dress has a vee-shaped neckline which is squared off using a lighter coloured net and edged with lace.
